Men's Health Week and RuFIT-NZ

Inspired by the successful Football Fans In Training program (FFIT) in Scotland, the Rugby Fans in Training-New Zealand (RUFIT-NZ) is a healthy lifestyle program delivered by super rugby clubs in New Zealand. RUFIT-NZ aims to support overweight New Zealand men to achieve weight loss.
