Red and Processed Meat Consumption: What's at Stake?

The World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) and the International Agency for Research on Cancer have concluded that the consumption of unprocessed red meat probably increases the risk for colorectal cancer and that the consumption of processed meat causes colorectal cancer.
