For some of you who don't know who Cat is, she is an experienced school speaker and has taught positive mental health and wellbeing to over 10,000 young people from Bluff to Cape Reinga.

Cat has partnered with SPARX for many years, doing tours at Intermediate and High Schools to speak about youth depression and promote our proven online self help tool.

Under the current climate, mental health is especially important to everyone's wellbeing. SPARX and Cat are determined to continuously provide support to rangatahi in Aotearoa despite this challenging phase.

First two stops in 2022 - Hobsonville Point Secondary School and Baradene College of the Sacred Heart! Watch this space!
