A new research by the National Institute for Health Innovation (NIHI), commissioned by the Stroke Foundation, found out that only half of the 888 crisps and savoury snacks sold in NZ between 2012-2019 met voluntary targets for salt content. Reducing salt in your diet can decrease your risk of high-blood pressure and having a stroke.
