Mental Health Awareness Week 2021

The theme for this year's Mental Health Week is mā te kōrero - take time to kōrero!

This theme was chosen because the little, everyday conversations we have are surprisingly important – and they make a big difference to our mental health – so take notice of the kōrero that makes you feel good and do it more often!

At NIHI we are proud to lead the roll-out of SPARX nationally to support the mental health of our youth!
