The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted millions of lives around the world, with people having underlying noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) being at higher risk of developing severe COVID-19-related illness and death.
The University of Auckland study is based on a global survey of patient perspectives, providing insights into the impacts of COVID-19 on the health and health care of patients with NCDs in countries with high NCD burdens.
