Congratulations to our very own Bruce Kidd and the rest of the team of researchers on the success of their recent publication in the BMJ Journals – Nutrition, Prevention & Health, ‘Cost and greenhouse gas emissions of current, healthy, flexitarian and vegan diets in Aotearoa (New Zealand)’. Great to see this research getting recognition – well done to Bruce and the team!

While moving to sustainable healthy diets may reduce the impact on the climate, it may come at a higher cost to NZ households.
