Behaviour change interventions designed to improve the health of Pacific people
30 May 2021

A study by Amio Matenga-Ikihele and NIHI researchers explored the characteristics of behaviour change interventions designed to improve the health of Pacific people. The take-home message is that, “research needs to invest in building research capacity within Pacific communities, centering self-determining research agendas, and findings to be led and owned by communities. This recognises Pacific communities are more than programme facilitators.”
