Work With Us - Lead Research Assistant Position

We are looking for our next Research Assistant. The purpose of this role is to set up and manage the day-to-day running of a new Heart Foundation of New Zealand funded project – a survey of the sodium and potassium intakes of 300 New Zealand school children aged 8 to 11 years. This survey is based on a successful pilot study of 27 school children run in one Auckland school in 2017.

The successful applicant will work closely with the project Principle Investigator and communicate regularly with the wider study team, including all co-investigators and collaborators, a PhD student(s) and secondary Research Assistant. This is a 12- to 13-month role finishing in December 2020. Ideally, the successful applicant will start in late November or early December 2019.

The role is based at the University of Auckland Grafton campus.
